The Lake Fish Camp is located on 4.77
acres. A fence surrounds the camp. There is a 1980’s D/W mobile home,
a small shed type building at the back of the mobile home houses the laundry

pumped out in the last three years. One pump has been replaced. The camp
has a metal shed that houses the recreation hall. It has an area for watching
television with a DVR, couch, and tables for doing games. There are also
a refrigerator and counter space for storage or morning coffee. This area
includes a small woodstove and a window unit air conditioner.Outside of
the building there is an oval table with an umbrella. A fire pit with chairs
is also located nearby. The wood is supplied by the campground. There is
a screened lanai with tables, chairs , and electricity and an open air pavilion
that has picnic tables. Other outbuildings are for tool, linen, and various
storage. |

Three cabins are
located on the property. These are furnished with beds, TV, refrigerator,
microwave, coffeepot, gas stove, table, chairs, pots, and pans. Salt,
pepper, paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner,
and linens for the bed and bath are provided by the camp.

| There
are bait tanks for when the water is up and live bait is needed. It has
32 covered boat slips for a small marina area. This area has electricity
near each site and is lighted at night. The seawall in the boat basin needs
rebuilding while the water is down. The boat ramp is in good shape. The
camp has eight johnboats with four fairly new 4 stroke motors, seven canoes,
and a pontoon boat that needs some work. |

On the creek leading
out to the lake is a floating dock system. One house / office is located
near the creek. A golf cart is also camp owned.
|

|
|
property could be used
for Eco Tours, fishing guides, a hunting club, or a fish club. It could
also be enhanced with a snack bar, coffee shop, or a gift/ tackle shop.
